My work is an exploration through formal and technical elements as they inform concept. Ideas focus on one’s place in society and are based on relationships dealing with romance, friendship, contention and aversion. The “Baked not Fried” series is a more personal reflection of a struggle I have with sweets and being diabetic. The body no longer allows for the over-indulgence of my youth.
